thoughts on a superior human

I've given some thought to what would make a superior human, obviously something only smarter faster stronger would try to become a dictator in a society.  So, maybe a different line of reasoning is needed for a superior human that would prosper in a large populace, with adaptations that reinforce sociability and intelligence, but at the same time the reasons behind the adaptations would need to be stable, i.e. losing a sociability adaptation might have some consequences.  The areas I want to address in superior humans are affecting sociability, intelligence, and other physical characteristics that may affect both, why? I'm bored...

First of all, I think a superior human would need a significantly shorter life span, not extended to 100 at most, but probably around 50 or 60 at most, the reasoning behind this; mortality is an incredible motivator which reinforces intelligence, it also means that humans would be willing to give more effort in general, not worry as much about life long injuries and keeping the roughly the same period for childhood, there would be an increased amount of room in the job market once children joining in at 18-24.

Physically, superior humans should be weaker maybe one half to three fourths of the strength at expense of a greater amount of intelligence, increased cranium mass even slightly would allow superior humans to do many interesting things, but the decreased physical ability makes them very dependent on people around them.  This helps in making sociable superior humans, instead being biased towards other humans because they're weak and not as smart, superior humans.

Senses like taste and touch, should be enhanced, sight and hearing, either not as great or moderate, again this has to do with sociability, having to be physically closer to people around you to see and hear is helpful.  But,  this may be impossible as sight and hearing don't have much of a self preventing way of improving themselves.

so, any thoughts?
